High-end amenities coincide with a green theme and an urban meadow surrounding the space, with views of the Washington Monument, Kennedy Center, Key Bridge, and Georgetown University spires.

This project won the Delta Associates Award for “Best Overall Mid-Atlantic Condominium Project: 2004" and the National Association of Home Builders 2007 Pillars of the Industry Award for "Best Mid-Rise Condominium Community".
